1. Eggless Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
- Vanilla Essence: 1 tsp
- Aerated Soda: 200 ml
- Baking Powder: 1 tsp
- Butter: 100 g
- Maida (Flour): 175 g
- Soda Bicarbonate: 1 tsp
- Nestlé MILKMAID: 1 tin
- Cocoa Powder: 3-4 tbsp (25 g)
For Icing-
- Nestlé MILKMAID: 1/4 tin
- Cocoa Powder: 4 tbsp
- Butter: 50 g
Recipe
- Before starting with the recipe, make some preparation beforehand by setting the oven to 180⁰ C. Take a baking pan and lightly grease it with oil, followed by a light dusting with flour.
- Sieve some maida, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder and mix them.
- Add the butter and Nestlé MILKMAID.
- Add sugar as per taste and a few drops of vanilla essence.
- Slowly fold in all the ingredients together.
- Pour the mixture into the cake pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Once ready, prick a toothpick to check if it comes out clean.
- Once done, place it on a cooling rack.
- Now we shall add frosting to the cake. Thoroughly combine the butter, Nestlé MILKMAID and cocoa powder in the mentioned quantities in a bowl.
- Place the bowl in the microwave for 20 seconds. Take out and stir well to avoid lumps.
- Spread it on the cake and serve.
Basic Chocolate Cake

- Nestlé MILKMAID: 1/4 tin
- Nestlé a+ nourish Milk: 1/4 cup
- Butter: 150 g
- Powdered Sugar: 150 g
- Eggs: 3
- Maida (Flour): 125 g
- Cocoa Powder: 3-4 tbsp (25 g)
- Baking Powder: 1.5 tsp
- Vanilla Essence: 1 tsp
- Cocoa Powder: 4 tbsp
- Butter: 50 g
Recipe
- Take a mixing bowl that can accommodate ingredients with their quantity and mix sieved maida, baking powder and cocoa powder. In the meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180⁰ C. Lightly grease a cake pan and dust it with flour.
- Beat together powdered sugar and softened butter until it’s creamy. Now add 1-2 drops of vanilla essence.
- Add eggs one by one and whisk them. Fold the dry mixture carefully.
- Mix in the Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk to achieve a dropping consistency of the batter.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Take out and do the toothpick test.
- Serve once it is cool.
Make sure you do not overmix the batter of your eggless chocolate cake recipe so that it does not come out hard. If your cake is too dry, you can add some sugar syrup and enjoy.
